Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality visa assistance services. However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, you have the right to request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged but did not receive the service (e.g., your application was not submitted).

  • You submitted your application through our website but wish to cancel it before it is processed.

  • A technical issue on our website caused an incorrect charge or duplicated payment.

  • You believe that the service provided was not as described.

Please note: Once your Israel ETA application has been submitted to the official Israeli immigration system, we are unable to issue a refund, as processing has already begun.

2. How to Submit a Complaint

To file a refund request or complaint, please send a detailed explanation to our support team via email:

  • Payment receipt or reference number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting evidence (if applicable)

3. Timeframe

  • Complaint submission deadline: Within 14 calendar days of the date of your payment.

  • Response time: We will review your complaint and provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving your request.

4. Decision Outcomes

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Rejected requests will be accompanied by an explanation.
